Valentines and Presidents Weekend
Our classic family picture on Valentines Sunday
For Presidents weekend we went to visit my sister, Lindsey, and her husband, Kenny, in Athens for a few days. We met them at the Commerce outlets on Saturday then followed them home and spent that night and the following day at their home. It was fun to finally make it over there. Tucker and Jada love their Aunt and Uncle and love being able to see them as much as possible. They loved playing in the rocks, writing on the chalkboard wall, playing with all their fun games, and most of all just playing with Lindsey and Kenny.
We got the Pizza Hut buffet for lunch while we waiting for Lindsey and Kenny to get to the outlets:)
On Sunday I dressed the kids in their Valentines Sunday outfits and attempted to take pictures of them . . . for the second time. (The real Valentines Sunday didn't work out. So this was take two)
My adorable little Valentines
"It's too cold!" (Yeah attempt #2 didn't go either)
Attempt #3: Good Enough
Jada: "Hmm... how much candy can I get out of this?..."
Tucker & Jada with their best buds, Lindsey & Kenny
(Tucker is screaming of course. I wouldn't expect anything less)
Sunday evening we headed home. On Monday, President's Day, my sister, Dantzel and her kiddos came to visit. They even spent the night at our house and stayed for another day. It was so fun to have them here. Jada really loves her family and cousins. She always talks about her cousins and how much she loves them. Thanks Lindsey and Kenny for letting us come visit, and thanks Dantzel and children for coming to see us! We loved our weekend together.
